LOCATION & NUMBER: Our booth number this year is Q11.
The Trade Show is located at Austin Convention Center (505 Ceasar
Chavez) on the third floor annex (doors at 4th and Trinity).
- CONVENTION
CENTER PARKING: The Austin Convention Center Parking Garage is
conveniently located two blocks west of the Center at 201 East 2nd
Street. Entrances are found on Brazos and San Jacinto between 2nd
Street and Cesar Chavez. The ten-story garage accommodates up to 1000
spaces of parking. Two parking lots at the northeast corner of Cesar
Chavez and Red River streets, and 4th and Red River streets, provide
an additional 300 spaces. Handicap parking is located at Trinity and
Cesar Chavez Street, with direct access to the Center. Streets within
a one block radius of the Center allow for additional 100 spaces of
on-street parking.

- GETTING
IN TO TAKE YOUR SHIFT: Use your free trade show pass, you can
ask for directions to booth Q9 from convention center staff as you
enter.
- HOW
TO GET A FREE TRADE SHOW PASS:
Register for a One-Day Executive Pass online to experience the SXSW

This pass is only for the Trade Show during which you may attend the
free Day Stage Events. It does not admit you to any of the conference
sessions.

What
will be Happening at the Booth?
- HD
CARDS &BROCHURES: Nancy/Minnie will supply cards and brochures
promoting Domain information for distribution to booth visitors.
- NAME
TAGS: Nancy will supply name tags for all booth volunteers.
- BOOTH
BACKDROP: Standard
- CANDY
BOWL - All booth volunteers are asked to bring a bag of candy
to keep the booth candy bowl filled throughout the Trade Show. This
is very popular way to entice people to stop and visit the booth.
- BANNER:
Will use the generic sign that SXSW provides.

CLIPBOARD:
We have in the past provided a clipboard to write down this information
to record contact information from anyone who might be interested
in being a guest speaker at our meetings or being a corporate sponsor
for our organization.

INCORPORATION:
Her Domain has official 501(c)3 status.

MIXER FLYERS: TBA Volunteers will distribute
flyers promoting the annual Her Domain Mixer.

FIRST
SHIFT OF THE DAY: If you have the first shift of the day, either
Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday, you may need to remove dust covers(if
available) from the table, and straighten display materials.

LAST SHIFT OF THE DAY: If you have the last shift of the day,
either Sunday or Monday, you may need to place dust covers (if available)
over the tables before you leave.

LAST
SHIFT OF THE TRADE SHOW: If you have the last shift of the last
day of the Trade Show, we would sincerely appreciate if you could
stay after the Show closes at 4PM, and help pack up all the display
materials, and take them out to cars if asked.
